BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Making An Appointment:

​

Call the office at 780-352-3010 or book online to make an appointment to see your Doctor.  Appointment times run between 8:30am and 5:00pm on weekdays (excluding STAT holidays). Each Doctor has specific office hours that they work depending upon their workload.

 

 THE BUSIEST TIME FOR OUR PHONES ARE EACH DAY BETWEEN 8:30AM AND 11:00AM.  

 

If your Doctor works in the Emergency Department - The schedule for the following month opens on the 15th of the month or the next business day.  It is important to call, book online or come into WFMP on the 15th (or business day following if the 15th falls on a weekend) to make an appointment if you know that your Doctor books up quickly. This would be for the following Doctors:

  • Dr. Hendriks

  • Dr. de Wet

  • Dr. van der Walt

  • Dr. Stassen

  • Dr. Lee

  • Dr. Berry

The appointment schedules opens on the 1st (or the next business day) of the month for the following month for the following doctors:​

​

  • Dr. Schlenther

  • Dr. van den Berg

  • Dr. Brand

 

Complete Examinations:​

​If you are booked for a complete examination you will be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to your appointment.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  You can download the questionnaire from the Forms page on this website and bring the completed form to the office for your appointment.

Same Day Appointments:​

We do have some "Same Day Appointments" available for health concerns which have came on suddenly and cannot wait for a scheduled appointment.  Same Day Appointments are appointments that are held back each day and are released at 8:30 in the morning. YOU MUST CALL OR COME DOWN TO THE CLINIC RIGHT AT 8:30AM as these appointments go very quickly.  We do not book these appointments in advance and they are of a limited nature and are dependent upon the Doctor's schedule.

Cancellation List:​

​If you are unable to get a Same Day Appointment ask to be put on the cancellation list.  We do have patients who cancel and then we are able to accommodate our patients from the waiting list.
